Support
We offer two different levels of support. The basic-support is included in all our products and covers most requests concerning the services we supply.
For requests that are not covered by the basic-support level, for example when in need of help with installation or configuration of your applications, we provide our extended-support.
The rate at which the extended-support is offered, can either be per hour or at a custom flat-rate that fits your requirements.
